How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box to protect the product. - Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Visit r-mboots.com to start your return or exchange process. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. - Ship Your Item Back to Us
Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via r-mboots.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the original shipping country are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
